Getting the app

Open aie.foundation/app on your phone. iPhones go straight to the App Store. On Android, download the app from that page until it's on Google Play; when it is, uninstall the downloaded version and install it from Play.

Signing in

Register for any AIE.F Europe event on Luma and your profile is made for you. Open the app and enter the email you used on Luma. We send a six-digit code, or you can tap the link in your welcome email. No passwords.

No code? Check spam, wait a minute and ask again. Codes last 10 minutes.

Your profile

Your name, photo, role, company and three tags are what other members see. Change any of it under Me. To be hidden from every attendee list, email us at the address above.

Notifications

We send a reminder before events you're going to, and the occasional note from the organizers. Turn them on or off any time in your phone's settings, under AIE.F Europe.

Reporting and blocking

On anyone's profile, tap the menu to Report or Block them. Reports go straight to the organizers and the person isn't told who sent them. Blocking hides you from each other everywhere in the app.

Deleting your account

Go to Me, then Delete my account. Your profile, photo, saved people and notes are removed straight away. You can also ask us by email. See the privacy policy and terms for the details.
